Co-Working Roots
The wBees Co-Working Roots is a unique model that allows parents / caregivers three hours of an uninterrupted work cycle while their wee ones are next door in a Montessori classroom. The Co-working Class is a soft-separation for children new to school. They begin to learn the rhythms of a class, build community with others, and learn to separate from their grownups.
We will be offering a fall session from Mid-September through Mid-December on MWF.
Co-Working Roots
Roots get dropped off in their classroom while their grownup goes to Co-working Classroom just next door. Roots learn to trust being in a classroom space knowing well that their grownup is close by if they need a small hug or hello. The children learn to immerse in a Montessori work cycle and learn to take turns and return materials where they belong. They slowly build community as a class with other children and with their teachers. They learn to care for plants and animals in their classroom and gain confidence in the school environment. Our hope is that our Roots become our founding families when we open our doors for the winter as a proper drop-off program!
